About the Company:

BoardEx (Philippines) Inc. is a subsidiary of Management Diagnostics Limited (UK), an independent, privately owned corporate research company.
Management Diagnostics Limited (“MDL”) was formed in 1988 and produced BoardEx, a business development and sales tool. The Company has nearly 300 employees of which 230 are employed, through its wholly owned subsidiary, at its data centre in Chennai, India. The Company, which is privately owned, is headquartered in London and has a Sales and Customer Support office in New York. It is now expanding by developing an additional data centre that will comprise in excess of 500 personnel.
MDL’s growth continues. A leading international investment bank has recently made a substantial investment in return for a 23% stake in the business.

About the Product:

BoardEx is a web-delivered subscription service currently listing some 200,000 directors and senior managers from the top 11,000 quoted companies in the United States and Europe.
BoardEx’s extensive database and software combine to provide a unique business development resource. The BoardEx service can transform firms’ revenue generation potential, enabling them to be much more focused in developing and exploiting senior corporate business relationships. The data within BoardEx can also be provided directly to customers via the Data Access Service which can be used to populate internal CRM systems.
The Company has contracts with over 200 different organisations and over 38,000 registered individual users. The majority of the Company’s clients are located in the US and the UK and are spread across the financial services, professional services, executive search, corporate board and not-for-profit sectors. The Company believes that the United States represents the largest potential market for BoardEx.
