JOB SPECIFICATION – DEPUTY TEAM LEADER
Location: Mandaluyong City, Philippines Travel: None Languages: Good spoken and written English; other European languages an advantage, especially French and German Qualifications: Bachelors degree in quantitative subjects and/or business or commerce. MBA/Masters degree in business an advantage
Key Skills Required:
1. Demonstrated experience in team leadership and mentoring. 2. Demonstrated ability to track performance both in terms of quality and quantity. 3. Very strong ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation. 4. Demonstrated success in setting and achieving aggressive objectives. 5. Demonstrated ability to organise others to work in an efficient and effective manner. 6. Experience in data and performance reporting.
Desirable skills
1. Potential to take more senior leadership position as vacancies arise. 2. Ability to facilitate and lead change to mirror corporate evolution. 3. Knowledge of corporate boards and corporate governance standards.

Description of post:
This is the first level of management in the Content division and carries significant responsibility to achieve all set targets within deadlines with an increasing level of quality. The ability to manage and lead staff is crucial in this position; it is the first level in which success is measured by the performance of others. Co-operation between DTL and other management levels in the organisation is also a vital measure of success.
The Content division extracts data on boards and directors from various sources and adds this data to the BoardEx database. Once a board is built it is continually updated, with all changes being captured and reflected in the product without delay.
