Was in the Sun Shop paying for my EasyPhone and EasyLine plans when I saw Aga's new standee. P999 flat rate for mobile internet! I heard that ümobile offers something similar, but I can't find anything about it. Here's a pic taken with my phone:

Sun's Mobile Broadband plan includes a free (waived) USB Modem dongle and has speeds of up to 400kbps, which means that its on the EDGE network, and not 3G, which can go up to around 2Mbps. Still a pretty good deal and will be a cheaper alternative to Smart's and Globe's mobile broadband, also at P999 but is metered at around P40 per hour.

To avoid surprises, try out Sun's service where you expect to use it, with a web-capable phone. An iPhone or a phone connected to a laptop is even better.
